Glue Pumps - New operational principle |
|
The Timmer Glue Pump is operated by compressed air (ca. 6 bar).
The driving piston is connected with the fluid piston via two
external piston rods.
This type of construction prevents that the glue is getting into
the pneumatic sector. As the glue is conveyed upstroke as well as
downstroke there is only minimal pulsation.
The integrated heating system combined with the electronic control
system ensures a constant temperature which is programmed via the
display.
